How-To Guide for Private Label Bottled Water

You can have your own private label bottled water with just a few simple steps. First you must decide if you want a label that is completely customized, or if personalizing one of the label templates from Bottle Your Brand's design categories will suit you. You make the choice and we provide the tools to make it happen. Here are the options available:

Customize one of our pre-designed labels.

Our Design Online system makes it easy to customize your bottled water label! Simply hover over the BOTTLED WATER link located in the middle of the blue bar on the top of the homepage. A drop down menu will appear. Click on the occasion and a page filed with label artwork will display. Find the label design that you like and select that design.

On the next page you'll see the label close-up. To the left of the label choose the bottle size and the case quantity. Click on the green Personalize It button. The next page is the design canvas.

Now you are ready to Design Online!  If you look to the top of the screen, you'll see the tool bar. With the tools you are able to Add Text, move text, change the text color, change the font style & size and change the Background Color. Using the Add Images  tool you are able to upload a logo, clip art or photo. When you have finished your design and it looks exactly the way you want it to, click Add to Cart.

Design a completely original label.

Start on the homepage. On the blue header bar at the top right of the home page, locate and hover over MAKE YOUR OWN. A drop down menu will appear. Select "Custom Label Bottled Water" from the options.

On the next page, to the right of the label, choose bottle size and case quantity. After you've done that, click on Personalize It.

You are now on the blank design canvas. The red dashed lines are the edge of the label before it is cropped at press. The solid black line is the cut line. Use the tools to add text, add images and change the background color. With the Add Images tool you can browse your computer's files to find a photo, logo or clip art to upload. The Add Text tool lets you type in your words. Once the words are on the label you can change the font style, color and size using the tools on the blue floating tool bar. By selecting and holding down your mouse over the text or images on the design canvas, you can grab the box that appears and move the text or images around. To center the text use the centering tool on the floating tool bar.

Once the label is designed to your satisfaction, click Add to Cart.
